Casa do Forno is available all year round and can sleep up to 10 people. However, it will only be available to one group at a time, irrespective of the number of guests.
The accommodation is a traditional stone villa set in the picturesque village of Outeiro, in short distance to restaurants, bars and shops. This comfortable villa is well equipped and comprises:
Living room with open fireplace, sofas, reading light, LCD TV, cable, DVD player, CD player, radio, books, DVD's collection, a Nintendo Wii and more.
Kitchen with large table and seats, fireplace, double sink, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, teapot, cutlery, pots and pans, glassware and many other kitchen accessories.
Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps, mirror, chair, etc...
Two suites with three single beds each, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps, mirror, chair, and en-suite bathrooms.
A master bathroom with bath & shower and two en-suite bathrooms with shower.
Games room with table games, domino, cards, darts, and other games to use outside.
Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Everything found at the villa is free to use, including: linen and towels (changed weekly), air conditioning/central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Nintendo Wii, bicycles and more. Baby cot, bath and high chair available for free on request.
Outside, and all exclusive to the villa, there are lots of parking space (suitable for caravans if necessary); privately surrounded by walls there is a spacious and beautiful garden with dry stone walls, rocky formations, Portuguese traditional stone paths, picnic area, BBQ, stone made seats and garden furniture, and lots of flowers, trees and features for you to enjoy.
At the centre of the garden, away from everyone's eyes, there is a refreshing swimming pool with a terrace full of sun loungers (truly a sun trap) from where you can also enjoy the panoramic views. The swimming pool is fenced for child protection.
The village is also very charming and a walk to the near windmills is a 'must'. There, you can enjoy the far reaching views and the picnic area.
Casa do Forno is provided with a free welcome hamper (week rentals only) including basic provisions to get you started. Hamper includes: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fruit juice, red wine, cookies, jam and toasts.
